Part of the UrTravelPro ecosystem

The resource hub travel advisors actually use.

Stop re-typing the same trip-prep email. Compass gives you a Notion-style editor with travel-specific building blocks, a white-label client-facing resource center, and one-click PDF exports — all under your own brand.

Included in UrTravelPro+ Your own domain + SSL Starter content preloaded

You've sent the same Disney check-in walkthrough 47 times.

Every travel advisor knows the feeling. Packing lists, tipping etiquette, passport reminders, supplier SOPs — the same answers, pasted into a hundred different emails. You know the expertise, but it's locked in your head or buried in a Google Doc nobody can find.

Compass is where it lives instead. Write it once, organize it sensibly, ship it to your clients on your domain.

Before Compass

Seven years of trip-prep answers scattered across Gmail drafts, Dropbox PDFs, Notion pages, and whatever's in your head.

With Compass

One organized library at resources.youragency.com. Every answer written once, branded with your colors, shareable with a link.

Features

Built for the way travel advisors actually write.

Every block is a tool you'd otherwise build yourself in a CMS.

Flow-first editor

Type / anywhere to summon blocks — headings, callouts, columns, FAQs, buttons. Markdown shortcuts work too. The block palette is tuned for advisory writing, not engineering docs.

Travel-specific blocks

Weather cards, tipping charts, packing lists, documents-needed, included/excluded, FAQ accordions, YouTube and Google Maps embeds. Built-in, no plugin store.

Your own domain

Publish at resources.youragency.com with one CNAME. SSL issues automatically, no manual certs, no cost, no tech support calls.

Brand color, live

Pick a hex in Settings. The public site, admin chrome, and PDF exports re-paint instantly. No stylesheet, no theme file, no developer.

PDF exports

Every guide ships as a one-click branded PDF — cover, header, agency colors, clean typography. Perfect for pre-trip packets your clients print and take with them.

Views + download stats

See which guides your clients actually open and download. Staff and bot traffic are filtered out so the number reflects real engagement.

Reusable snippets

Save a CTA, a tipping table, or a supplier warning as a snippet. Drop it into any guide. Update once — every reference updates.

Internal vs. external preview

See exactly what a client sees (External) or preview everything including drafts and private notes (Internal). One toggle, session-sticky.

Role-based access

Owner, Admin, Agent, Client — everyone sees what they should. Private guides stay author-only. SOPs never leak to the public site.

One-click hero feature

Paste a whole guide into any email — formatting and all.

Click Copy for email on any guide. Paste into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Superhuman, whatever — headings, bullets, callouts, tipping charts, packing lists, buttons, links. All of it, styled, in the body of the email.

No screenshots. No attachments. No "please click the link to view". Your clients read it inline, the way they want to.

  • Works in every major email client — rich HTML + plain-text fallback
  • Brand colors, headings, lists, callouts all preserved
  • Videos + maps replaced with clean "view online" links
  • No compose-window setup, no Chrome extension, no template picker

Subject: Your Disney cruise check-in walkthrough

Hi Jennifer — pasting the full check-in walkthrough below. Let me know if anything's unclear!

Checking in to your Disney Cruise

Your Disney cruise officially begins well before you step aboard. Online check-in opens 30 days before sailing — set a calendar reminder so you get the earliest port arrival times.

Advisor tip
The first Port Arrival Times fill within an hour or two. Be ready when your window opens.
1.Sign in at disneycruise.disney.go.com
2.Upload a head-and-shoulders photo for each guest
3.Enter passport / ID info for every traveler
4.Select your Port Arrival Time

Why Compass

Built for travel. Not a generic CMS with travel skin.

Travel-native content blocks

Notion and Google Docs give you paragraphs and bullets. Compass gives you tipping charts, packing lists, weather cards, documents-needed blocks, and FAQ accordions out of the box. The tools match the work.

White-label by default

Your domain. Your logo. Your color. Every surface your clients see — the public site, the PDF, the email copy-paste — carries your brand, not ours. Clients never see "Compass" unless you tell them.

Starts loaded, not empty

Three starter guides come pre-loaded — a Getting Started SOP, a rich Orlando destination guide, and a troubleshooting reference. Six templates make new guides easy. Blank page is the enemy of productivity.

One tool, one login

Part of the UrTravelPro ecosystem — same login as Trips, Books, and Marketing. No "yet another SaaS password." No per-tool billing. Compass is included with UrTravelPro+.

From the founder

I'm a travel advisor. I built Compass because I was tired of pasting the same trip-prep answers into a hundred different emails, pulling from scattered Dropbox folders and loose Google Docs. Notion doesn't know what a tipping chart is. WordPress can't tell the difference between an internal SOP and a client handout. So I built the tool I've been wanting for many years — and I'd love for you to use it too.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

A content hub and client-facing resource center built specifically for travel advisors. Think Notion crossed with a white-label website: write destination guides, pre-trip checklists, supplier SOPs, and FAQs once, organize them by category, and share them with your clients on your own branded domain.
Compass is built for one job: travel advisory. It ships with travel-specific content blocks (packing lists, tipping guides, weather cards, documents needed, included/excluded lists, FAQ accordions, YouTube and Google Maps embeds) that Notion and Docs don't have. It also has a per-agency public site at your own domain with its own analytics, PDF export, and multi-tenant permissions — features you'd spend weeks building in WordPress.
Yes. Every agency can add a custom domain like resources.youragency.com. You add one CNAME record at your DNS provider, and we handle SSL issuance, renewal, and the Cloudflare routing automatically. Your clients never see compass.urtravelpro.com in the URL.
You choose per guide. Private guides are visible only to you. Team guides are internal to your agency. Client guides can be attached to specific trips. Public guides appear on your shareable resource center. SOPs never appear on the public site regardless of visibility — they're always internal-only by design.
Yes. Every new agency gets three starter guides pre-loaded: a Getting Started SOP walking your team through the editor, an Orlando destination guide built from real advisor knowledge showing off the full feature palette, and a Compass troubleshooting article. There are also six templates — destination guide, how-to, SOP, troubleshooting, email template, blank — for starting a new guide without starting from zero.
Compass is included at no extra cost in all UrTravelPro+ plans. You can also buy it as a standalone app. Either way there's no separate signup — you sign in with your UrTravelPro account.
Every guide has a one-click PDF export that produces a branded document — your agency name, your brand color, cover image, hero, and body laid out cleanly for printing or emailing. Videos and interactive maps show placeholder notes so the PDF still reads sensibly.
Yes. Compass is multi-tenant — each agency's data is isolated at the database row level. Private guides are only visible to their author. Team guides are visible to staff in your org. We also specifically block SOPs from ever appearing on the public site, even if the visibility flag is set wrong.
Yes. Every guide in the admin dashboard shows views and PDF downloads. Staff previews and bot/crawler traffic are filtered out so the numbers reflect real client engagement.
Yes. In Settings, pick your primary color. The entire public site, admin panel, and PDF exports repaint instantly to match. No theme files, no CSS editing.
